I understand that Sherman & Phalen, LLC is only providing the service of filing the application for an LLC in Georgia and drafting an Operating Agreement. I agree to pay Sherman & Phalen $450 plus the $100 Secretary of State filing fee. I am responsible for other tasks, including, but not limited to:
• obtaining a federal EIN and state tax identification number,
• registering my LLC with local governments,
• annual registration filings with the Georgia Secretary of State, and
• obtaining any other Georgia tax numbers required for my business.
