The cost to apply with the Georgia Secretary of State for a new limited liability company is $350.00 plus any filing fees. The client is responsible for obtaining a tax EIN from the IRS and completing any required Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOI) with FinCEN. Payment can be made by credit card or check made payable to Sherman & Phalen, LLC.
