With the exception of any prepaid legal plan members, the cost to draft and record a deed is $200.00. Prepaid legal plan members will need to pay $30.00 for recording. The deed must be signed in front of a witness and a notary (they must be different people), and the original must be returned to Sherman & Phalen for recording. Payment can be made by credit card or check made payable to Sherman & Phalen, LLC.
