Buyer Closing Information Form

Please complete the form below to begin the pre-closing process for the purchase of the property. As you fill out the form, you will see that you may have to also submit additional information (for example, a power of attorney form, name change certificate, or probate documents). If you have any issues or question regarding uploading these document, please reach out to your paralegal directly.

Funds to close over the amount of $2,000.00 and up to $5,000.00 must be in the form of a cashier’s or certified check, funds for closing $5,000.00 and over must be wired to our law firm’s escrow account. Wiring instructions will be sent at closing.

Real Estate Agents -Please forward the commission agreement and/or Pay at close form (if applicable prior to closing).

If there are any changes to the contract, please update me as well with corresponding amendments and/or Exhibits.
