As you fill out the form, you will see that you may have to also submit additional information (for example, a power of attorney form, name change certificate, or probate documents). Funds to close over the amount of $2,000.00 and up to $5,000.00 must be in the form of a cashier’s or certified check, funds for closing $5,000.00 and over must be wired to our law firm’s escrow account. Wiring instructions will be sent at closing.
Real Estate Agents -Please forward the commission agreement and/or Pay at close form (if applicable prior to closing).
If there are any changes to the contract, please update me as well with corresponding amendments and/or Exhibits.
