Buyer Closing Information Form

I understand that if I am not attending the closing, I need to contact the paralegal for my closing as soon as possible to discuss arrangements.

Sherman & Phalen, LLC accepts the following types of payments:

Payments up to $2,000: Personal checks accepted
Amounts above $2,000 to $5,000: Cashier’s Check issued by a local or national bank or credit union accepted
Amounts above $5,000: Pay by wire or use our Payment Portal if $10,000 or less.

In an effort to prevent fraud, we require that you contact the paralegal for wiring instructions.
