Meet William L. Phalen III - Partner with Sherman & Phalen, LLC
Experienced Representation in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Closings
William strives to provide each client with the best and most reliable service through his years of experience conducting residential and commercial closings. His time as a board member and past president of GRECAA (Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association) and as an Executive Committee Member on the State Bar's Real Property Law Section has given him unique insight into legal matters regarding real estate law and transactions. This allows him to better serve his clients’ needs and successfully manage their transactions from start to finish.
William is passionate about ensuring everyone involved in a real estate transaction has the right information and support during such an important process. That's why he educates clients, presents home-buyers seminars, and has acted as a contributor to KNOW Atlanta magazine. After two years of practicing personal injury law at Ellerin & Associates, William made his move into real estate law, what he calls “happy law,” with great enthusiasm as he loves seeing success stories come out of every completed closing!
William is an experienced real estate attorney who's been honing his practice for over twenty years. He works diligently with the help of paralegals to ensure that each transaction goes smoothly, no matter what surprises come up during a deal. In addition to real estate law expertise, he provides simple estate planning documents and advice.
As member of the State Bar of Georgia and having practiced before several courts including U.S District Court Northern District in Ga., GA Court Of Appeals, and all Superior Courts, you'll be safe knowing your case will get top quality service! William originally hails from St Simons Island but is currently calling Marietta home along with his wife and three children.
